The second tool is sort of optional, you should need the Pixel Clock Patcher, this is going to patch the driver to allow for you to actually overclock the monitor or increase the resolution to your desired values.

FOR CROSSFIRE/SLI USERS: Depending on the clock speed of your monitor (if your pixel clock needs to be over 300Mhz) you may need two bridges, this means you can only do a 2x Crossfire/SLI configuration because there's not enough fingers to support more bridges.
