But WinRar normally should can unzip 7z files o.O //Edit 2: I've found the reason: Winrar can unzip 7z files but NOT splitted 7z files. I splitted it because my internet is very slow and didn't want to upload it twice (if the upload fails) (After the upload of the first part the first 100MB were 'safe').
