Hi Will, What about the audio portion for the bloomberg starboard? While the biometrics redirection does work with these settings, the audio redirection being that it's generic redirection is very poor quality. Have you experienced this issue in your troubleshooting? If you switch the device to 'optimized' redirection in receiver, the audio quality improves significantly, but then Bloomberg will no longer recognize the biometric device. Sorry I didn't check this forum recently, hope you already resolved this. Audio has always been working fine with us, didn't need to do much.
